What is Sectarianism?
Sectarianism is conduct or words or practices which advantage or disadvantage people because of their political or religious beliefs.
What is Racism?
Racism is conduct or words or practices whcih advantage or disadvanage people because of their colour, culture or ethnic origin.

If you wish to report an incident forms are also available in a range of commonly used languages in Donegal: Reporting Form (English); Reporting Form (French); Reporting Form (Polish); Reporting Form (Portuguese) or Reporting Form (Russian). Once completed forms should be retruned to the FREEPOST address on the back. Hard copies with FREEPOST envelopes are available at a range of venues throughout the county, these are listed in the information leaflets detailed above.

If you someone you know has been the victim of a racist or sectarian incident or any kind of racist/sectarian discrimination it is your right to report it.
The scheme has been developed on an interagency basis with key stakeholders in the county.
This information may, at your discretion, be passed on to An Garda Síochana, and all reports will contribute to the development of future policy in this area.
